True spiritual rest, available now, comes by ceasing from our own works and pursuits, and instead reflecting upon God's perfect, completed work in creation and salvation through Christ. Those who embrace this divine rest find their strength and life's true enjoyment in Him, while those who refuse remain spiritually restless and miss the abundant life God intends.
